Who is responsible for your data

The controller is the venue: , tax ID , . The QuickOrder platform processes the data only on its instructions.

What is collected and when

Ordering at the table: nothing. No name, no phone, no email is asked for.

Takeaway order: only the email address, to send you the code you collect the order with.

Table reservation: name, phone and email. The name and phone let the venue recognise you and call you; the email lets you cancel the reservation.

On what basis

To do what you asked for: hand you the order or hold the table. They are not used for advertising, not sold and not passed to anyone else.

For how long

90 days from the reservation or the order. After that the name, phone and email are erased automatically; what remains is a record without personal data, which the venue uses for its accounts.

Where they are stored

On the platform server, which is currently outside the European Economic Area, in Ukraine. We tell you before you type anything, not after. Card payments are handled by the payment provider: card details do not pass through the platform or the venue.

What you can demand

To know what data about you exists, correct it, ask for it to be erased before the deadline, object to its use and take it with you. Ask by writing to . If you are not properly attended to, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
